The purpose of this manual is to provide basic procedures for the management of federal property under The University of Mississippi’s control. The Principal Investigator (PI) and/or Departmental Administrator and the University’s Federal Property Administrator (UFPA) are responsible for reviewing the award document(s) to determine agency-specific requirements given by the awarding agency for the management of government property.
